Why having a PVR is awesome

Air Force One was on the movie channel the other day. So I set it to record the last 30 minutes, turned it on, and went straight to the part where Harrison Ford is all, "Get off my plane" and pulls the terrorist's ripcord and breaks his neck before discarding his corpse out of the back of the plane.

Then, I fast-forwarded to the part at the end when the MiGs come in to attack the Harrison-Ford-flown Air Force One (no idea why these dudes with MiGs were hanging around ready to shoot down Air Force One, I missed that part I guess), but then the Air Force fighters come in and shoot the shit out of them.

Ten minutes and I went back to my night.

How fucking awesome is that?
