I picked up Metal Gear Solid 4 but I got a few minutes in and realized I'm going to need the backstory of 2 & 3 for this one to not be full of spoilers and ??? moments so I ordered the MGS Collection off Amazon. While I wait for that to be delivered I went and picked up Call of Duty 4 and Grand Theft Auto 4, both of which are fucking retardedly fun.
Also I watched an episode of The Blue Planet on Blu Ray last night-- holy God it was amazing. It was like watching the most interesting aquarium ever, the picture is just incredible. I actually came to look for your "Is it week 1 yet" counter because football on this thing is going to fry my fucking brain so awesomely.
